
According to the reporter of Hanoi Moi Newspaper, at Tu Tao Bridge area, the water level is still 20 to 40cm, cars and motorbikes can circulate, but the commune authorities recommend that people move slowly and observe carefully to ensure safety. In Xuan Son village, the section of National Highway 3 (Trung Gia commune cemetery) is still flooded more than 1m deep, motor vehicles cannot travel; the road to Viet Tin is still flooded about 30-40cm.
The situation in Do and Tien Chu villages has improved, the water has receded quickly, and is no longer flowing rapidly; some sections of the road are open to high-chassis trucks. The Tu Tao bridge - Highway 3 - Trung Gia station area has been cleared, and people in An Lac village are urgently clearing mud and cleaning the environment after the water receded about 1.5m.

In Binh An area - Yamaha gate - Hoa Binh village - Trung Kien, the water level continues to drop sharply; the Binh An red light has dried, but the Yamaha gate area is still partially flooded. Some routes in Hoa Binh and Trung Kien can now allow trucks to pass, but cars still need to be restricted. In Lai Son village alone, the water level has dropped about 60cm during the night, and is expected to continue to recede in the coming hours.
Trung Gia commune authorities recommend that people absolutely not be subjective, do not go into deeply flooded areas or areas with eroded embankments; proactively ensure safety in daily life and when participating in traffic.
