Information from Son Hoa Medical Center (Dak Lak) said that after many hours of emergency efforts, by this morning (October 9), the health condition of the patient bitten by a venomous snake, Mr. Le Van Hoan (born in 1955, residing in Trung Hoa village, Son Hoa commune, Dak Lak province) has temporarily stabilized and is being monitored and actively cared for.

Previously, on the evening of October 8, Son Hoa Medical Center received emergency treatment for patient Le Van Hoan who was bitten by a viper on his left foot while he was taking a walk in his garden. It is worth mentioning that before going to the emergency room, the patient managed to catch the venomous snake and put it in a plastic bag to bring to the hospital to inform the doctor.

The patient was admitted to the hospital with a snake bite on his left foot, swelling and bruising, chest pain, fatigue, anxiety and nervousness. Immediately after, Dr. Nguyen Thuong Hoang, Deputy Director of Son Hoa Medical Center, mobilized doctors and nurses to participate in emergency treatment, treating the patient's wound, and prescribed intravenous fluids, supportive drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, pain relievers, anti-allergy drugs, etc.

As of this morning (October 9), the patient is awake, responsive, and has stable vital signs, but his left foot is still swollen and the snake bite is bruised, so he must continue to monitor his general condition for treatment at the Internal Medicine Department of Son Hoa Medical Center.
