MV of legendary band Bond promotes Ha Long Bay heritage

The “Victory - Born in Vietnam” project not only brings top international music to Vietnam but also promotes Vietnamese culture and tourism. The music project combines with filming music videos (MVs) to promote tourism, while also devoting profits to charity and social activities.

Accordingly, the famous band Bond had a remarkable performance in October 2024 and then the 4 members visited Quang Ninh and filmed the "MV Victory - Bond in Vietnam" in Ha Long Bay.

Familiar images in the MV such as sunrise on the sea, the life of fishermen in fishing villages, or special natural wonders of Ha Long Bay such as: Hon Trong Mai, Oan sandbank and especially the mysterious eye on Ha Long Bay - Dragon Eye Island,... have painted a wonderful picture of the world natural wonder of Ha Long Bay.

Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of Vietnam Journalists Association said that promoting the country and people through music videos is a very effective way, when with only moderate cost, the image of the country and people of Vietnam will have the opportunity to reach a large global audience. The promotion effect increases many times when the MV has the participation of world-famous artists.

After the success of the MV “Going Home” by artist Kenny G with the backdrop of the capital Hanoi, the crew continues to promote Vietnam tourism with another music MV with the famous destination of the World Natural Heritage Ha Long Bay combined with one of the classic songs of the Bond band, “Victory”.

“We believe that the image of the World Natural Heritage Ha Long Bay will spread even more to domestic and foreign tourists, especially music lovers around the world, when appearing in this MV,” said Mr. Le Quoc Minh.

Mr. Nguyen Thuy Duong, Chairman of IB Group Vietnam - MV Production Director shared that, unlike the MV "Going Home - Kenny G in Vietnam" which was filmed in Hanoi, the MV "Victory - Bond in Vietnam" was filmed on the sea, on offshore islands. The production process left many unforgettable memories for the film crew as they had to ensure the safety of international artists and find beautiful angles to introduce in the MV.

During the MV launch in Hanoi, the organizers presented “Victory - Bond in Vietnam” to the leaders of Quang Ninh province, tourism - hotel corporations, airlines, television stations, etc. with the desire to spread this special music product, contributing to promoting Vietnamese culture and tourism to domestic and international tourists.
