Tuoi Tre Online recorded that from 7 p.m. on September 29, the 15th day of the eighth lunar month ( Mid-Autumn Festival), many people living and working in Hanoi flocked to places such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Hang Ma, Phung Hung, and the Old Quarter to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

On some roads and streets such as Hang Bai, Phan Dinh Phung, Hai Ba Trung, Hang Bong, local congestion occurred. People had to struggle to move. The rain ended at around 8pm the same day.

Families took their children for a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, where the 2023 Hanoi Autumn Festival with the theme Hanoi Autumn - Come to love is taking place. This event will take place at Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and Hanoi Children's Palace from September 29 to October 1.

Excited to take their two children out, Mr. Hieu and his wife Ms. Mai, residing in Dong Da district, Hanoi, said that the whole family had dinner early and prepared nice clothes to go out for the Mid-Autumn Festival, but the rain delayed the plan by about half an hour.

"The rain just stopped, my wife and I went to Hoan Kiem Lake with our children to take a walk, enjoying the atmosphere of the full moon day. For the past few years, the pandemic has affected us, but this year the atmosphere is really bustling, truly Mid-Autumn Festival," Mr. Hieu expressed.
