Accordingly, during two days (July 23 and 24), the team of legal reporters of agencies and units listened to leading experts from the Department of Legal Affairs, members of the Coordinating Council for Dissemination of Legal Education (Ministry of National Defense), the Department of Road Traffic Police, the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association introduce many related topics in the application of information technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence to the dissemination and education of law in the army; basic contents of the Law on management of the use of weapons, explosives, and support tools.

The new feature of this training conference is that the Organizing Committee does not use paper documents, but instead exploits and researches documents through QR code scanning, helping the reporting team access the shared legal data system and share it on social networking sites.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Colonel Nguyen Duc Hoai requested the officers participating in the training to proactively study and grasp the content; strictly comply with the Army's regulations, rules, and regulations of the training course and maintain absolute safety; and participate in awareness testing to ensure quality.

Speaking at the welcoming ceremony of the training course, Colonel Luong Dinh Chung, Political Commissar of Military Region 5, emphasized that this is a condition and opportunity for cadres and legal reporters in general, and Military Region 5 in particular, to access new information, new technology, new methods, effectively apply, improve the quality of propaganda, dissemination and legal education at units and implement Project 1371 of the Prime Minister on "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination and education of law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level in the period of 2021 - 2027"...
