
On the morning of October 16, at Do Son tourist area, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized propaganda and training to improve the quality of street food tourism products (Foodtour) in Hai Phong by 2025.
Attending the training were 120 delegates representing organizations and individuals processing and trading delicious dishes, street food , other specialty gifts and travel and transportation businesses in Do Son, Nam Do Son, Hung Dao and Duong Kinh wards.

Delegates were instructed by officers from the City Food Safety and Hygiene Department on ensuring food hygiene and safety for street food businesses. Lecturers from Hai Phong Tourism College guided them on implementing the code of conduct for civilized tourism.

Through the training, street food business owners and tourism businesses improved their sales and tourist service skills, and promoted the application of information technology in business activities.
