Improving the capacity of State management on employment and labor law for commune-level officials and civil servants

On the morning of October 7, the Department of Home Affairs of An Giang province organized a training course to improve the capacity of State management on employment and labor law for commune-level officials and civil servants.

On October 7 and 8, 102 delegates in charge of the labor and employment sector of 34 communes and wards in the province participated in receiving the following contents: Decree No. 128/2025/ND-CP and 129/2025/ND-CP of the Government on the division of authority and decentralization of State management tasks in the field of internal affairs; State management of labor, the process of conciliation, settlement of labor disputes, settlement of strikes, work stoppages and domestic workers.

Delegates discussed and exchanged on the content of state management of laborers working abroad under contracts and guidelines on policies to support non-refundable costs for workers; implementation of policies and documents related to employment; state management of occupational safety and hygiene, processes and procedures on occupational safety and hygiene implemented at commune-level authorities.
