Attending the conference were comrades: Chau Van Hoa - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Thai Phuoc Loc - Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, together with representatives of provincial departments, branches and enterprises, cooperatives, and people's credit funds in the province.

Collective economy and cooperatives in the first 9 months of 2025 continued to maintain stability. 26 new cooperatives were established with charter capital of over 28.7 billion VND; bringing the total to 510 cooperatives and 5 cooperative unions; 3,150 cooperative groups in operation, attracting 52,650 members. Agricultural cooperatives continued to promote efficiency in linking production, product consumption, creating jobs for rural workers; many models proactively applied science and technology, and produced according to the value chain.

The Provincial Cooperative Union has provided consulting support for the establishment of 37 new cooperatives; implemented many trade promotion activities and applied technology. The Provincial Cooperative Development Support Fund disbursed nearly 10 billion VND to help cooperatives invest in production and business.

In the coming time, the Provincial Cooperative Union will continue to prepare for the 7th Provincial Cooperative Union Congress, consolidate weak cooperatives, expand markets, promote the application of high technology and improve the efficiency of collective economic sector operations.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Chau Van Hoa acknowledged the efforts of the Provincial Cooperative Union in recent times to proactively support, consolidate and develop many effective cooperative models. However, there are still shortcomings such as many small-scale cooperatives, low competitiveness, and limited technology application.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to continue effectively implementing the Law on Cooperatives in 2023, promoting the application of science and technology , digital transformation, expanding the production - consumption chain, supporting cooperatives in accessing capital and markets. The Provincial Cooperative Union needs to enhance its role as a bridge, consultant, and support cooperatives to operate sustainably, and resolutely dissolve weak cooperatives. For cooperatives, it is necessary to promote internal strength, proactively innovate, create, expand services and markets, contributing to the comprehensive and sustainable development of the collective economic sector, making a positive contribution to the overall development of the province.

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union awarded certificates of admission to 4 members, bringing the total number of provincial cooperative members to 377.
