Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ) Hoc Mon branch has just announced the auction of secured assets including land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land at 90B National Highway 22, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
This land plot has an area of over 3,871 m², the type is land for production and business facilities. The land use term is 50 years (calculated from August 11, 2010), so the land use term is about 35 years.
The starting price of the auctioned asset is 148.59 billion VND, a decrease of nearly 52 billion VND compared to June (200.5 billion VND).
BIDV said that the starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when purchasing the property, these costs are borne by the auction winner.
According to the announcement, the assets are auctioned in their original condition (including the current status of the assets, legal status and potential risks) and in the "as is" method. Auction participants are responsible for finding out information, reviewing the current status and legal documents of the assets, and accepting all risks that may arise.

Similarly, VietinBank Tay Ninh said it is coordinating with the Eastern Auction Joint Stock Company to conduct public auction procedures for the debt of a group of 3 customers, namely Hong Lien Tay Ninh Company Limited, Nguyen Thu Thao, and Huynh Huu Nghia, to recover the debt. The collateral assets of the 3 companies mentioned above include 7 real estates in Tay Ninh with a total value of nearly 34 billion VND.
Vietcombank Ha Tinh branch announced the auction of collateral assets of 2 land lots in Cai Dan ward, Song Cong city, Thai Nguyen province. The selling price is nearly 10 billion VND.
Agribank branch 9 also announced the auction of land use right certificate, house ownership right and other assets attached to land number BC619757, certificate registration number: CH02010 issued by Cu Chi District People's Committee on December 17, 2010. The land lot has an area of over 2,552 m², in Tan Thanh Dong commune, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City (now Phu Hoa Dong commune, Ho Chi Minh City). The type is land for perennial crops, with a term of use until July 1, 2070. The starting price for the land lot is nearly 8.5 billion VND.
