Education sector responds to Vietnam Law Day 2024

NDO - Responding to the "Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" in 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training and schools have had many practical and meaningful activities to propagate and disseminate core values ​​of law in the educational environment, contributing to building a civilized, disciplined and developed society.

The Ministry of Education and Training said it has issued Plan No. 1604/KH-BGDDT on responding to the "Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" in 2024 to promote positivity and self-awareness in studying and understanding the law, contributing to raising awareness and sense of law compliance, educating lifestyles, working according to the Constitution and laws, improving the effectiveness of building, enforcing and protecting the law for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of the Ministry of Education and Training.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the organization of the Law Day response in the spirit of thrift, practicality, efficiency, correct content, diverse forms closely following the tasks in the fields of work of the Ministry of Education and Training; thereby enhancing the capacity to respond to policies in the process of organizing law enforcement, creating a favorable legal environment for educational organizations and activities; promoting policy communication to contribute to creating consensus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency in law enforcement.

The activities include: Organizing communication, training, and dialogue on policies that have a major impact on society in draft legal documents being drafted in 2024 for relevant subjects in appropriate forms; Organizing professional activities on "Law Day", "Building and organizing law enforcement" in accordance with the state management field of the unit; focusing on integrating, linking with the dissemination, dissemination, and extensive communication of core contents expressing the spirit, viewpoints, and guiding opinions of the Party and State leaders on the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam, the work of building, perfecting institutions and enforcing laws...

At the same time, legal education contents can be integrated into subjects and extracurricular activities; propaganda through media and information technology can be promoted; and the model of "Socialization of propaganda and dissemination of legal education in schools" can be encouraged throughout the school year.
