On the morning of October 3, the Ministry of National Defense held a conference on logistics and technical work for the entire army in the third quarter of 2025 in person and online at 30 locations across the army. To successfully complete the tasks of the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2025, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc requested that agencies and units continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 1656 and Resolution No. 1658 of the Central Military Commission on leadership of logistics and technical work until 2030 and the following years.

Focus on ensuring timely logistics and technical support for training, combat readiness, regularly and suddenly, focusing on ensuring for units on duty to protect sovereignty over seas, islands, borders, key areas, and regional defense area exercises in 2025; an important event of the country.

Promote production and processing effectively and sustainably, in line with regional potential and advantages. Proactively prepare sources of green vegetables and food to ensure the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo and welcome new soldiers in 2026.
