Phu Tho Information and Communications Department supports equipment to provide information to facilities and award scholarships in Ha Hoa district

The working delegation presented equipment to support information delivery to the People's Committee of Xuan Ang commune.

Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Minh Tuong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department and leaders of the Department of Information and Communications, leaders of Ha Hoa district, leaders of Phu Tho Telecommunications; representatives of units under the Department of Information and Communications, Phu Tho Telecommunications, Ha Hoa district.

With the theme: Phu Tho Information and Communications Department responds to the emulation movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas", the Department of Information and Communications and Phu Tho Telecommunications have supported the equipment system to serve the transmission of information to the grassroots, meeting the criteria for building new rural communes for Xuan Ang and Dan Thuong communes, including: 1 65-inch TV screen, 1 amplifier, 2 microphones, 2 speakers; donated computers to Chue Luu Primary School; awarded 25 scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies at Chue Luu Primary School and Xuan Ang Secondary School. At the same time, organized an exchange program, propagating knowledge about digital transformation, the Code of Conduct on social networks for teachers and students of Xuan Ang Secondary School.

This is a program of practical significance to promote movement activities and social security programs, contributing to the construction and development of the Information and Communications sector to meet the requirements in the new situation. Along with that, promoting the implementation of criteria for building new rural areas in the Information and Communications sector at the grassroots level, supporting the delivery of information to the grassroots level; and promoting digital transformation in schools.

Speaking at the program, Director of the Department of Information and Communications Nguyen Minh Tuong affirmed that the Information and Communications sector plays an important role in the process of building new rural areas and digitally transforming information activities at the grassroots level.

He hoped that the support from the Information and Communications sector would help localities complete, maintain and improve the quality of new rural construction criteria; meet the requirements of information dissemination to the grassroots in the current period. Thereby contributing to building Ha Hoa increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
