To promptly connect the power grid and stabilize people's lives, Nghe An Electricity Company has urgently organized and deployed the work of inspecting the damage situation and repairing the power grid to restore power as soon as possible (before October 6).

Specifically, the Company held a meeting to assign leaders to direct, each group/team according to the damaged area to coordinate the implementation of inventory and recovery work. Assigned to the groups to proactively coordinate with the shock teams and contractors to implement recovery and restore power supply (temporary plan) for important loads such as; Provincial People's Committee, Military Region 4 Command, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Provincial General Hospital, commune/ward centers...

In order to promptly connect the power grid and stabilize people's lives, the Northern Power Corporation promptly dispatched nearly 550 emergency workers and employees from Hai Phong, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen, Cao Bang , Lang Son, Tuyen Quang and Quang Ninh Power Companies to Nghe An to promptly support Nghe An Power Company in restoring the power system after the storm.

This is a highly skilled force with extensive experience in responding to and handling power grid incidents caused by natural disasters. The shock teams are fully equipped with vehicles, tools, equipment, cranes and specialized equipment, determined to support Nghe An in restoring the power grid as soon as possible to serve the people.

With the tireless efforts of the electricity sector's staff and workers, by 7:00 p.m. on September 30, 16/16 transformer stations and 40/41 power lines had been restored to the 110kV grid. 3,844/7,957 transformer stations and 125/172 power lines had been restored to the medium voltage grid, restoring power to 488,32/1,095,811 customers.

The recent storm No. 10 caused heavy damage to the Nghe An electricity sector. According to statistics up to 13:00 on September 30, the damage caused by the impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi) on the Medium voltage line was broken, collapsed, drifted 651 (poles); tilted, collapsed, cracked 382 (poles); the number of damaged wires of all types was 25,900 (m). For distribution transformer stations, 17 transformer stations and 17 transformers were damaged. For Low voltage lines, the number of broken, collapsed low voltage poles was 1,996 (poles); the number of tilted, cracked low voltage poles: 743 (poles); the number of damaged conductors (low voltage) of all types was 21,134 (m).
