Nghe An: Highlights on February 12

* On the third day of Tet, many Nghe An fishermen, who are owners of large-capacity fishing boats, were busy preparing fishing gear and supplies to set sail for the first trip of the new year. In addition, some fishermen fishing near the shore had their first trip of the year earning millions of dong.
