* On the afternoon of December 19, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of Nghe An province held a conference to review and summarize the activities in 2023 and deploy tasks in 2024. The implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations must be associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh , and promoting administrative reform.
