This is a highlight activity in a series of events responding to World Tourism Day (September 27) of Ca Mau province, spreading the message of sustainable tourism development associated with nature conservation, building the image of "Ca Mau - Green, safe, friendly destination".

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su said: The forest planting ceremony at Mui Ca Mau Tourist Area is not only an activity in response to World Tourism Day but also demonstrates the determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Ca Mau province in restoring the ecosystem, enriching forest resources, creating a green, safe and friendly environment.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su hopes that the business community, tourism companies, and travel agencies will be pioneers and partners in "green investment"; increase investment in sustainable tourism models, build unique green tourism products, closely link business activities with social responsibility, protect the environment, and preserve indigenous culture. Every Ca Mau resident and every tourist coming to this land, let's join hands to take practical actions, especially planting more trees, not littering, and prioritizing the use of environmentally friendly products.
