It is forecasted that the closer it moves to shore, the stronger the storm will become, with a wide range of influence, and the risk of many types of natural disasters such as: strong winds, heavy rains, floods, flash floods, landslides and coastal flooding.

In a detailed forecast of heavy rains due to the impact of storm No. 10, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that from the evening of September 27 to September 29, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh provinces to northern Quang Tri will have heavy to very heavy rains. The average rainfall is from 200 - 400 mm, with some places having over 600 mm.

The area from Quang Tri south to Da Nang has widespread rain from 100 - 300 mm, in some places heavy rain over 400 mm; risk of heavy rain over 100 mm/hour causing localized flooding.

Storm No. 10 (Bualoi) started in the Central provinces and then continued to spread to the Northern provinces. It is forecasted that from tomorrow afternoon, September 28 to September 29, the Northern Delta provinces and southern Phu Tho will have heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain. The common rainfall is from 150 - 300 mm, some places will have heavy rain over 450 mm.

In addition, from the evening and night of September 27, Gia Lai - Lam Dong and the Southern provinces will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with average rainfall ranging from 20 - 40 mm, with some places experiencing heavy rain of 100 mm. During thunderstorms, people should be on guard against the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

Heavy rain in the north and Thanh Hoa is likely to last until September 30.
