* On the morning of September 25, in Vinh city, the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Central Council of Literature and Arts Theory and Criticism, and the Vietnam Stage Artists Association organized the Scientific Conference Nghe Tinh Drama - Integration and Development Trends.

* The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued an Action Plan to improve the quality of online public service provision in the province. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the target of 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees using online public services and propagandizing and guiding relatives to use online public services, limiting direct submission of documents when there is a need to carry out administrative procedures.
