Overview of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption

The Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption requested that by the end of 2025 and before the 14th National Congress, the investigation, prosecution, and trial of 22 cases must be completed; and the verification and handling of 6 serious corruption cases must be completed.

On September 29, in Hanoi , the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negativity (Steering Committee) held a meeting to discuss and give opinions on: Results of directing the handling of corruption, waste, and negativity cases and incidents since the 28th Session up to now; results of reviewing, handling, and inspecting projects and works that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, and pose a risk of loss and waste.

General Secretary To Lam , Head of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity, chaired the meeting./.
