On September 29, 2025, in Hanoi , the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity (Steering Committee) held a meeting to discuss and give opinions on: Results of directing the handling of corruption, waste and negativity cases and incidents since the 28th Session up to now; results of reviewing, handling and inspecting projects and works that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, and are at risk of causing loss and waste.
Since the 28th Session of the Steering Committee (July 7, 2025) up to now, Party committees and functional agencies have made many efforts, tried, closely coordinated, seriously and effectively implemented, closely following the requirements and tasks set out, especially the 4 requirements and 6 tasks in the Conclusion of the 28th Session of the General Secretary , Head of the Steering Committee.
The work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity continues to be implemented resolutely and methodically, achieving many practical results, contributing significantly to the work of building and rectifying the Party, the political system and socio-economic development./.
