* On the morning of December 3, the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union successfully closed. 168 comrades elected to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor were introduced to the congress. Nghe An Trade Union had 2 members elected to the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, namely comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and comrade Dang Van Hai - Chairman of the Nghe An Education Trade Union.
