DNO - Among more than 300 primary schools in Da Nang city, Nguyen Van Troi Primary School (Ban Thach ward) was honored to receive the city-level emulation flag for its outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

Under the management of the Board of Directors, especially the role of teacher Tran Khac Hung, Principal of the school, Nguyen Van Troi Primary School has many innovative initiatives in management and improving the quality of teaching.

Over the years, the school has focused on developing its staff through professional activities in the direction of lesson research, encouraging teachers to build creative teaching models and apply technology to testing and assessment.

The school also focuses on moral education, life skills, accident and injury prevention, child protection and building a green - clean - beautiful - safe learning environment. The number of students winning prizes in city-level excellent student competitions is always stable at a high level with 28 city-level prizes, more than 60% of students participate in cultural, sports and fine arts movements.

From the 2020 school year up to now, Nguyen Van Troi Primary School has achieved the title of "Advanced Labor Collective" for 5 consecutive years, including 3 years of "Excellent Labor Collective". The school received a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training for the 2021 - 2022 school year; a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old) for the 2022 - 2023 school year and for 2 consecutive years (2023 - 2024, 2024 - 2025) leading the emulation movement in the primary school sector. The school's staff has been assessed as "Excellently completing tasks" in the past 5 years.

Enhance the value of local education

At the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Ban Thach Ward, Nguyen Van Troi Primary School was the only unit in the school sector selected to present a typical report, showing the outstanding role and growing influence of the school on local education.

Mr. Duong Van Tuan, Chairman of Ban Thach Ward People's Committee, said that the locality highly appreciated the efforts of Nguyen Van Troi Primary School in recent years.

The ward directed the education sector to coordinate the implementation of exchange and learning activities between school units such as Vo Thi Sau Primary School, Nguyen Du Secondary School, Son Ca Kindergarten, Binh Minh Kindergarten... to replicate advanced models, gradually building a regional educational network in the direction of comprehensive quality improvement.

That vision is concretized in the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Ban Thach Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, identifying education and training as one of the 6 key areas. Accordingly, by 2028, the ward strives to build at least 1 school that meets national standards at level 4, becoming a bright spot in digital transformation and smart school models at the primary level.

Along with that, the infrastructure system will be upgraded synchronously, from specialized classrooms to technology infrastructure and modern teaching equipment. The ward also aims to gradually bring STEM education, creative experiential education and integrated interdisciplinary education into compulsory teaching content in the main curriculum, in parallel with strengthening international educational cooperation.
