According to the qualifying round format, in addition to the group winners, only the 5 best second-placed teams will qualify for the final round. When compared with opponents in other groups, U17 Vietnam will not be counted against the bottom team. In this case, U17 Vietnam will only lose 1 point.
On the contrary, if U17 Myanmar fails to score a goal in the extra minute, they will be the bottom team. The victory of U17 Vietnam over U17 Myanmar will be meaningless. However, this scenario does not happen.
