Steps to register an electronic Condolence Book on VNeID:

Step 1: Log in to your level 2 electronic identification account

Step 2: On the home screen, click "Send condolences"

Step 3: On the Electronic Condolence Book screen, fill in the title and content of the condolences.

Step 4: Select the Preview button to see the content to be sent

Step 5: Select the Send Condolences button

Hanoi City Police have arranged necessary equipment at each QR Code scanner installation point to serve people to conveniently scan the code when visiting General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
