Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh (An Lao commune) donated bicycles to students of Truong Son Secondary School.

Although busy with business, repairing bicycles and electric motorbikes, Mr. Thanh always takes the time to participate in many volunteer activities. Mr. Thanh said that business activities help him have a job and a stable income, so he spends a part of the profits to share with the especially difficult circumstances of his hometown. And he always pays attention and supports students in many schools in An Lao commune.

Mr. Thanh confided: “Some people may think that my care and support for students is a form of advertising for the store, but in fact, I do charity work with all my heart, wanting to share with students in difficult circumstances, thereby encouraging and motivating them to excel in their studies. If the purpose was to advertise the store's activities, I could have chosen many other ways. Moreover, my family has opened the store for many years, always putting reputation first, so it is always crowded with customers."

Mr. Thanh said that supporting students is just a small action to encourage and motivate them to study hard and practice to become good citizens, contributing to building a rich and beautiful homeland. At the beginning of the new school year, he coordinated with primary, secondary and high schools in the area to review and select disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies to give them electric motorbikes and bicycles - means of transportation to help them get to school more conveniently.

Mr. Thanh's volunteer work and actions demonstrate mutual support, love and support. He said that Ms. Pham Thi Thuy, residing in An Truong commune, was in a particularly difficult situation. Her husband left home, she herself had cancer, and her two children were studying so they had to be taken care of by their grandparents. He coordinated with the SOS An Lao group to learn about her situation and planned to give her gifts. However, when he arrived, he learned that she did not survive the serious illness. He supported her with scholarships and bicycles for her two children, helping them overcome the loss and study with peace of mind.

In An Lao commune, there is Do Hoang Yen Nhi, a student at Tran Tat Van school whose family is poor. She has a strange and difficult-to-cure disease. When she has to undergo long-term treatment in the hospital, she cannot go to school. However, she has a talent for drawing beautiful pictures. Some charity groups have helped her by auctioning her own paintings. Mr. Thanh proactively bought her landscape painting at a high price and respectfully hung it in the store. Mr. Thanh shared that he really admires Yen Nhi's talent and efforts to fight the disease. Every time he looks at the painting she drew, he feels many messages and desires of her for a healthy life and to go to school normally like her peers...

Ms. Vu Hoa, a member of the SOS An Lao group, said that Thanh not only cares for poor students and those in difficult circumstances, but also enthusiastically participates in charity activities when the group organizes them. Having a career in repairing bicycles and electric motorbikes, Thanh is always willing to share his experience and help his colleagues in the SOS An Lao rescue team do a good job of rescuing and repairing bicycles and motorbikes for people whose vehicles have broken down on the road at night.

Secretary of Xuan Ang village Party cell Dinh Thi Phung said that the people here always love and appreciate Thanh's heart and sharing with difficult circumstances. In life, Nguyen Duc Thanh's family always complies with the Party's policies and the State's laws, actively participates in the village's movements, spreads many meaningful activities, mutual love and affection, and ensures social security in the area.
