6/11 communes and wards completed site clearance for Coastal Road project

QTO - Information from the Department of Construction (the investor) said that currently, Component Project 1 - Coastal Road of the Coastal Road and Nhat Le Bridge 3 Project has had 6/11 communes and wards complete site clearance (GPMB) and hand over the site to the construction unit.

Specifically, the communes and wards that have completed site clearance include: Dong Thuan Ward (Quang Phu Commune, old Dong Hoi City) with 1.285km; Nam Trach and Hoan Lao communes (including Ly Nam, Dai Trach and Trung Trach communes, old Bo Trach District) with 11.445km; Bac Gianh Ward (including Quang Thuan, Quang Phuc, Quang Tho Wards, old Ba Don Town) with 11.7km; Quang Trach Commune (including Quang Xuan, Quang Hung Communes, old Quang Trach District) with 9.25km; Ninh Chau Commune (Hai Ninh Commune, old Quang Ninh District) with 11.131km.

There are currently 5 communes and wards that have not completed site clearance and handed over the site to the investor, including: Dong Hoi Ward (Bao Ninh Commune, old Dong Hoi City), Sen Ngu Commune (Ngu Thuy Commune, old Le Thuy District), Cam Hong Commune (Ngu Thuy Bac Commune, old Le Thuy District), Dong Trach Commune (Duc Trach and Dong Trach Communes, old Bo Trach District) and Hoa Trach Commune (Quang Tung Commune, old Quang Trach District) with a total route length of 4.54km.

Currently, localities are continuing to make efforts to focus on implementing the directions of the Provincial People's Committee on site clearance work with the determination to hand over the entire remaining site to the investor in October and November 2025 to complete the project in 2025.

The total length of the coastal route under the Coastal Road and Nhat Le 3 Bridge Project is 80km. The compensation plan for site clearance has been approved for 76.74km (reaching 95.91%), of which the area of ​​land handed over is 75.48km (reaching 94.33%).
