Expanding the road connecting from Provincial Road 354 to Vinh Thuan Commune to 50.5 m

To ensure synchronous exploitation, the route connecting Provincial Road 354 from Tien Lang Commune to National Highway 10, Vinh Thuan Commune (Hai Phong City) was adjusted to expand from 22.5 m to 50.5 m.

The cross-sectional scale of the route is adjusted to expand from 22.5 to 50.5m.

According to information from the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board, to ensure synchronous exploitation, the unit has prepared and submitted a report for appraisal proposing the policy of expanding the road connecting from Provincial Road 354, Tien Lang District (now Tien Lang Commune) to National Highway 10, Vinh Bao District (now Vinh Thuan Commune) from 22.5 m to 50.5 m.

Previously, the City Party Committee announced its agreement on the project investment adjustment policy and adjusted the project name accordingly.

The project to invest in building a road connecting Provincial Road 354 to National Highway 10 is 8.1 km long, 22.5 m wide, a level II plain road, with a design speed of 100 km/h. The total investment of the project is nearly 1,383 billion VND.

Package No. 19 to build Tien Thanh Bridge and connecting road to National Highway 10 is currently 90% complete.

The project has 2 construction packages. Package No. 19 (construction of Tien Thanh Bridge and the road connecting to National Highway 10) has basically completed the construction of Tien Thanh Bridge, preparing the bridge surface and constructing the lighting system. The road connecting to National Highway 10 has completed the construction of the roadbed, drainage, etc. The total volume of the entire package has reached 90% of the plan.

Package No. 18 (construction of the road connecting Provincial Road 354 to Tien Thanh Bridge), the joint venture of contractors carried out the following construction items: digging road molds, spreading geotextiles, filling sand, box culverts, improving ditches, grading crushed stone... The volume of work completed reached 52.1% of the plan.

Up to now, the project site clearance work has not been completed for one household in Tien Lang commune, because the area of ​​land acquisition intersects the plot of land. However, when adjusting the road expansion, the entire land of the above household will be acquired. Tien Lang commune People's Committee is urgently determining the resettlement location and paying compensation for site clearance for the above household to hand over to the investor for construction.

According to the People's Committee of Tien Lang commune, with the adjustment of the road cross-section to 50.5 m, the area of ​​land that must continue to be cleared in the commune is 109,625 m2. Of which, residential land is related to 14 households; agricultural land and aquaculture land is related to 273 households. In addition, nearly 35,000 m2 of land for traffic, irrigation, and cemeteries will be recovered...
