On the morning of May 23, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a press conference to announce the organization of Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival - Ever Glamour Nha Trang 2024 in combination with Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024 to create a series of events throughout June to July 2024 in Nha Trang City.

Accordingly, the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024 will be held from June 13 to 16 with the theme "Nha Trang Pearl Bay Shines Brightly", lasting for 4 nights, with separate themes such as: Sea Festival of Essence (June 13); Pearl Bay Shines Brightly (June 14), Ocean Dance (June 15), Sound of the Sea (June 16).
The program has about 200 tourism, service, commercial and culinary booths operating in an open space, without selling tickets, helping tourists and people easily visit and use products and services.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism - said that this Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival is expected to have 350,000 - 400,000 domestic and international visitors attending.
"On the opening night at 8pm, June 13 at April 2 Square, there will be a combination of art and fashion performances with the participation of star singers such as Tang Duy Tan, Van Mai Huong...", Ms. Thanh informed.
Drone light lights up Nha Trang sky
Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 is the first drone light performance competition in Vietnam, held in Nha Trang City. With the theme "Brilliant Galaxy", the program has the participation of 4 teams from Korea, China, France, UAE.

Each team performed with at least 1,000 drones, with two different competition nights featuring culture and images of Khanh Hoa in the present and the future, combined with modern music performances on stage to create a vivid overall picture.
On July 13, the opening ceremony and competition night 1 between the two teams Korea - China took place, with the theme "Nha Trang shines - Glamour Nha Trang" held at April 2 Square, Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City.
July 20 is the second competition night between the two teams France - UAE, with the theme "Night of the Wonders" and the closing ceremony held at Hon Tre Island - Vinpearl Harbour Nha Trang, Vinh Nguyen ward, Nha Trang city.
The event is expected to attract more than 50,000 people and tourists to participate directly each night, reaching more than 20 million viewers nationwide through national and local television channels, as well as social networking sites Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube...

"On the closing night, we chose Hon Tre as the venue, which is like a stage in the middle of the ocean. Two teams with 2,000 drones can be arranged and expanded to 4.3 hectares, then from the Nha Trang coast or from any angle, you can see this wonderful performance," said Ms. Thu.

Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - assessed that the Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 is an important event in the Khanh Hoa tourism stimulus strategy project for the period 2023-2025 and orientation to 2030.
