On the morning of September 23, Xuan Hoi Joint Stock Company - a member of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Xuan Hoi Marine Eco-tourism Area project.

Perspective of Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area.

The Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Project has a land use scale of 92.33 hectares in Dan Hai commune, with a total investment of nearly 4,000 billion VND. The project is planned to become a high-class resort complex with the following items: 5-star hotel - resort with a scale of about 600 rooms; resort villas and commercial service - entertainment - seafood cuisine street; marina, theme park, sea square, beach and large green space - water surface.

The groundbreaking ceremony of Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area project is one of the works and projects to welcome the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Upon completion, Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Area will be a high-end resort destination, contributing to making Ha Tinh a new marine tourism center of the North Central region. The project is also expected to create new economic momentum by creating thousands of stable jobs for local workers during the construction and operation phases.

The project commits to using advanced wastewater treatment technology, solid waste management, increasing green space and water surface, preserving Xuan Hoi marine ecological landscape, ensuring harmonious benefits between economic development and environmental protection.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang emphasized: In the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, Ha Tinh has identified the development of the marine economy and coastal areas as a key task, considering the coastal area as an important driving force for the province's development. The groundbreaking of the Xuan Hoi Marine Eco-Urban Area project today is a concrete step to realize this important strategy.
