The 'dreamy' garden house of the famous musician with the song 'Longing for Hanoi'

The garden house of musician Duong Thu and his wife in Bac Ninh province is lush with many perennial trees and a poetic fish pond.

The garden house of musician Duong Thu - author of many famous songs such as: Longing for Hanoi , Flying into the green day, Lullaby to me, Gentle sun... in Bac Ninh has a large area, following the traditional Northern architectural style.

The house is romantic with a garden, a pond, a large sunny yard and winding paths. This lush green landscape conquered almost all the friends and relatives of the musician couple who came to visit.

Ms. Thuy said that many years ago, when she came to Bac Ninh, she and her husband stood there, mesmerized by the ancient fig tree with its cool green shade, and the surrounding space was filled with its fragrance. Because of her love for the fig tree, musician Duong Thu bought this garden.

The musician couple lived mainly in a house on the mountain in Vung Tau (now part of Ho Chi Minh City) and a garden house in Bac Ninh served their vacation needs.

Ms. Thuy said that thanks to her occasional visits, the garden is covered with a beautiful natural green carpet of moss. She and her husband call the house "The Quiet Garden" - the name of a composition by Duong Thu.

"50% of my life now is devoted to hobbies: washing dishes, sweeping the floor, taking care of plants, making breakfast... A house full of work but no maid, no assistant, my wife is busy, always on the go. If Thuy stays home, she will cook delicious food, I will take care of all the heavy work," he said.

Musician Duong Thu overcame the harshness of life thanks to reading books. Musician Duong Thu admitted that his life was harsh, but thanks to "saving" books, he overcame everything.
