Specifically, Lia commune has 3 points (Thanh O village overflow, A Soc village overflow, spillway bridge at village 10) with water rising about 0.7m. In La Lay commune, the spillway points in the area are rising very quickly, completely isolating A Deng, La Hot, and A Ngo villages. Dakrong commune, Chan Ro spillway bridge in Chan Ro village, Ta Lenh is flooded about 0.5-0.7m. Ba Long commune is flooded, isolating 5 points, including: Ba Long spillway bridge is flooded 1.5m, Ta Lang Ngoai bridge is flooded 1.2m, Thu Lu bridge: 0.4m. A Vao commune, Ta Rut spillway bridge to A Vao, A Vao spillway bridge to La Lay, spillway bridge from A Vao village to Tan Di 2 village is flooded from 50 to 80cm.

In the North of the province, Tuyen Lam commune, the inter-village road from Bac Son to Thanh Lang is flooded about 1m deep. Truong Son commune is flooded on the roads leading to Doc May, Ploang, Rin Rin, Trung Son, Hang Chuon-Na Lam, Khe Day, Rao Da villages. Phong Nha commune, the Trooc spillway to Thanh Sen is flooded about 1.5m deep and 50m long; Ngon Rao spillway is flooded about 30cm, Ba Luc spillway to the production area of village 6 Xuan Trach is flooded about 1m deep and 20m long. Kim Phu commune, Ben Seeng spillway, Yen Tho village 3 and 4, Ben Mai village Tien Phong, Quyen village Quyen, Phu Nhieu are now flooded and isolated. Tuyen Lam commune, Chuoi village spillway is flooded about 80cm deep, causing local isolation of 17 households with 89 people. Thuong Trach commune, Ca Roong underground water flooded, passing through Ca Rong 1 village, flooded at the overflow tunnel to Cooc and Con Roang villages, the road to Doong village, the tunnel from Ca Roong 2 village to Ca Roong 1 village. Dan Hoa commune, K Ai, K Dinh, Khe To Co tunnels. Nam Gianh commune, some intra-village and inter-village roads were flooded, affecting people's travel, especially in 6 villages in the sandbar area, including: Van Phu, Con Se, Minh Ha, Tan Dinh, Con Nam, Dong Thanh.

In addition, the rain and floods also caused many national highways and provincial roads to be flooded and cut off, including: National Highway 15 section from Km561+900-Km562+100 (Phong Nha commune) with water 2m deep; National Highway 9B at the underground location Km41+700 (Kim Ngan commune) with water 20cm deep; Provincial Road 559B at the underground spillway locations Km31+320, Km31+570 (Tuyen Hoa commune), Km31+960, Km32+665 (Kim Phu commune) with water (34-40)cm deep...
Floods have left 12 people missing and 5 injured in Bo Trach, Tuyen Hoa and Vinh Dinh communes; 390 houses had their roofs blown off in My Thuy, Vinh Dinh, Vinh Linh, Tuyen Lam, Nam Ba Don, Tuyen Phu, Ninh Chau, Quang Trach, Cua Tung, Dong Trach and Tuyen Son communes.
In addition, the floods also caused more than 105 hectares of summer-autumn rice and 91 hectares of crops to be inundated in the communes of Huong, Ba Long, Ben Hai, Cua Tung, and Bo Trach. In Cua Tung commune, floods caused a 15-meter-long wall of Cua Tung Secondary School to collapse. In addition, in Ba Don ward, a 12-meter wall of Quang Phong Secondary School collapsed.
