On September 23 and 24, many localities in An Giang province organized the first congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province Tran Thi Thanh Huong attended the congress in Tan Hiep commune (An Giang province).

Speaking at the congress, comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong stated that in the new situation, besides potential, advantages, and development opportunities, there are also many difficulties and challenges for Tan Hiep commune, especially in mobilizing people to shift economic structure, crops, livestock, protect the environment, security and order, prevent and combat social evils, participate in social security work, build advanced new rural areas...

Faced with that reality, comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tan Hiep commune to closely follow the directions of the Central Government, the province and the commune Party Committee to proactively and promptly implement, clearly demonstrating the spirit of the Front always accompanying the Party Committee and government in all work.

The Commune Fatherland Front needs to focus on innovating propaganda and mobilization methods in a comprehensive, focused and key direction, overcoming shortcomings and limitations of the past time and, importantly, must be suitable to local practical conditions, with the motto "Must speak the truth, do the truth; must have real results and the important issue is that the people must truly benefit".
