Many expectations about social housing projects in Ca Mau

After the merger of Ca Mau province, many officials from the former Bac Lieu province came to the center of Ca Mau province to work, so the demand for accommodation was very large. Therefore, when social housing projects have been and are being implemented, many officials, workers, low-income people... have high expectations. Recently, T&T Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for a social housing project in An Xuyen ward (Ca Mau province) with a scale of more than 1,200 apartments. The social housing project belongs to the T&T Ca Mau urban area, invested by T&T Land Ca Mau Company Limited - a member of T&T Group. The project is 2.05 hectares wide, including 5 blocks of 10-storey buildings with 1,241 apartments, providing accommodation for nearly 5,000 residents; in which, phase 1 will deploy a 10-storey building with a scale of 210 apartments. The social housing area is harmoniously designed with synchronous investment in technical and social infrastructure, diverse utilities and convenient traffic connections.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of T&T Group, said that, in addition to large-scale commercial real estate projects, T&T Group always perseveres with the mission of accompanying localities in social security programs, improving the quality of life and community welfare. Social housing is not only a place to live but also a foundation for each person to settle down and contribute to their homeland; at the same time, it is an important social infrastructure, contributing to promoting the economy , creating jobs, increasing income, contributing to GDP growth of the locality and the whole country.

According to Mr. Huynh Huu Tri, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, the An Xuyen ward social housing project is identified by the province as one of the key projects in the province's social housing development plan, contributing to realizing the goal of developing 4,800 social housing units in the province by 2030. With the determination to support investors in forming and accelerating the project's progress, the province has directed functional branches to enhance their sense of responsibility, promptly and promptly create all favorable conditions for legal procedures and construction investment procedures; at the same time, investors are also very hard-working, determined, and focus all resources for the project to start construction. When the project is completed, it will contribute to improving the quality of social infrastructure, creating motivation for Ca Mau province to focus on socio-economic development, associated with the goal of comprehensive, equitable and humane development - leaving no one behind.
