Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Sacombank (STB) has just updated the list of shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital.
According to this new list, the number of shareholders holding more than 1% of Sacombank's charter capital has decreased from 6 names (updated in August this year) to 2 shareholders.
The remaining two names include foreign fund Pyn Elite Fund and Chairman of the Board of Directors Duong Cong Minh.
Pyn Elite Fund currently owns more than 106.4 million STB shares, equivalent to 5.64% of charter capital. Compared to the last announcement (August 7, 2025), this fund has increased by 5 million shares.
Mr. Duong Cong Minh currently holds more than 62.5 million STB shares, equivalent to 3.32% of Sacombank's charter capital. Related to Mr. Minh, Ms. Duong Thi Liem owns about 11.8 million shares, equivalent to 0.63% of charter capital.
In total, two shareholders holding over 1% of capital and related persons are holding more than 168.9 million STB shares, accounting for about 8.96% of Sacombank's charter capital.
Notably, the list of shareholders this time no longer includes the fund group belonging to Dragon Capital, including Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited (VEIL), Norges Bank, Amersham Industries Limited and SCB Vietnam Alpha Fund Not For Retail Investors.
The divestment of this group of shareholders took place in the context of STB shares increasing in price quite well in the past 3 months. Currently, each STB share is priced at 60,000 VND/unit, an increase of 26% in the past quarter.

List of shareholders holding more than 1% of capital at Sacombank in the announcement in August 2025
Regarding business results, in the first 6 months of 2025, Sacombank recorded pre-tax profit of VND 7,331 billion, an increase of 37% over the same period last year, equivalent to more than 50% of the yearly plan.
As of June 30, 2025, Sacombank's total assets reached VND807,339 billion, up nearly 8% compared to the beginning of the year. Outstanding loans to customers increased by 9% to VND587,960 billion, while loan risk provisions increased to VND10,918 billion. Customer deposits also increased to VND624,315 billion.
