Demand for labor recruitment in Dong Nai at the end of the year increases

(DN) - On September 25, the 12th Job Fair 2025 held at Dong Nai Employment Service Center attracted 18 units and businesses to register to participate in recruitment and training with a total recruitment demand of nearly 4,400 workers.

The job fair is held directly at the Job Service Center; and is also broadcast live via fanpage and Zoom application to help workers directly access businesses and grasp information about recruitment needs more conveniently and accurately.

There are about 480 workers participating in the floor. The number of people recruited is expected to be 190 workers.

Dong Nai Employment Service Center said: In the last months of the year, the demand for labor recruitment in enterprises increased, especially unskilled labor, accounting for over 94%. Enterprises recruited with a variety of positions and good benefits such as: shuttle bus, housing, attractive salaries... However, the number of unskilled workers participating in job search on the floor is very limited, only meeting nearly 6%. Some workers with technical expertise are limited in foreign languages ​​and work experience. The center will promote direct job floors and post recruitment information on the center's channels to support connecting workers and businesses.
