Make an appeal (if necessary)

After completing the 2024 high school graduation exam score lookup, if you notice any abnormalities in the exam scores or the results are much different from the previously estimated results, candidates can consider filing a request for review.

According to the 2024 high school graduation exam regulations, all candidates have the right to have their exam papers reviewed; candidates must submit an application for review at the place of registration.

Time for receiving appeal applications and making appeal lists is from July 17 to July 26, 2024.

The examination councils will organize the review of the exam papers (if any), the completion time of this stage will be no later than August 4, 2024.

The review of high school graduation recognition must be completed no later than August 9, 2024.

Register and adjust university admission wishes

According to regulations, from July 18 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates can register, adjust, and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times.

Candidates use the assigned account to process information (enter, view, edit) their information on the system.

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thu Thuy noted that all candidates' wishes, whether they are admitted early or after receiving their high school graduation exam scores, must be registered on the Ministry of Education and Training's General Admission Support System (system).

If candidates do not enter their wishes into the system, they will not be recorded.

When entering wishes into the system, candidates need to arrange in order of priority from wish 1 (the highest wish) then to the next wish. The system allows candidates to register an unlimited number of wishes.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy noted that students should put their favorite wishes, their abilities, strengths and passions in the top position.

This ensures the rights of candidates, they will be admitted to the highest and best possible choice among all the choices for which they are eligible.

Candidates who have completed the application to the training institution according to the early admission plan of the training institution, if they meet the admission requirements (except the high school graduation requirement), must continue to register their admission wishes on the System to be considered for admission according to regulations.

From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training .

Note the time of admission confirmation

No later than 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2024, universities and colleges will announce the benchmark scores and first round of admission results.

All successful candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the system no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024.

For candidates who are admitted directly, from July 22 to 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2024, candidates can confirm their admission on the system.

In case of not yet determined admission, candidates can continue to register their admission wishes on the system or national public service portal like other candidates so that training institutions can consider admission. If admitted, candidates will confirm their admission according to the general schedule.

No later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27, all admitted candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the system.

From August 28 to December, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of training institutions will follow the admission plan posted on the admission information page of the training institution that conducts additional admission.

Candidates should note that students who have passed the entrance exam and have confirmed their enrollment will not be considered for additional admission, except in cases where the head of the training institution allows them not to enroll.
