Courage and Creativity in the Digital Age
The education sector is changing every day with the 4.0 technology revolution. Along with the development of artificial intelligence, electronic learning materials and smart classrooms. Female teachers are no longer just standing on the podium with white chalk, but are also "creators" of knowledge with technology, digital thinking and a spirit of constant innovation.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu - teacher at Tran Bich San Secondary School ( Nam Dinh , Ninh Binh), shared: If in the past, lesson plans were only on paper, now we work with an entire electronic database. From designing E-learning lessons to using interactive software and gamifying lessons, all are aimed at helping students become more interested and proactive.
These innovations are not only adaptations, but also demonstrate the mettle of teachers in the digital age. Many teachers have learned additional information technology and communication skills, and have even mastered teaching software, video editing, and digital content editing to serve their work.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mui - teacher at Liem Phong Primary School (Liem Ha, Ninh Binh) confided: At first, I was quite confused with online teaching, but gradually I understood that if I want students to be interested and engaged, I have to change first. Technology helps make lectures more lively, students are more proactive, and I myself have become much more flexible and confident.
Not only mastering technology, many female teachers also inspire their colleagues. In the emulation movements to innovate teaching methods, they are leading examples, from illustrative lessons, online teaching conferences to sharing experiences on the creative teacher network.
“Teaching in the 4.0 era requires not only knowledge but also flexibility, dynamism, and the ability to adapt quickly. Teachers today are both communicators and guides for students to explore the digital world in a safe and oriented way,” said Ms. Mui.
In the eyes of students, 4.0 teachers are both “teachers” and “friends”. They know how to enter the world of students with the language of technology, while still maintaining the closeness and kindness of those who sow letters. It is this blend of modernity and tradition that creates the image of the new-age teacher who is confident, creative, yet gentle and feminine.

Keep the fire of love burning at home
After class, female teachers return to their normal roles - wife, mother, daughter in the family. Balancing work and life is a difficult problem, but most female teachers choose to "work hard, love with all their heart".
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mui shared that there were days when she prepared lessons until midnight, then woke up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for her husband and children. When her child was sick, she taught online and looked after him at the same time. It was tiring, but seeing her students understand the lessons and her family understand, made her feel fulfilled.
The dedication of female teachers sometimes cannot be measured by working hours or income. It is the evenings spent diligently working on lesson plans, the days of constantly learning and exploring new methods, the happiness of seeing students confidently shine. They quietly contribute, silently nurturing the warmth of two "homes" - school and family.
Many young teachers share that, despite the increasing pressure of work, they still find joy in their profession. Because, every time they see their students’ eyes light up when they understand the lesson, or when they receive a simple thank you, all their hardships disappear.
Many people have found ways to use technology as a tool to help balance their lives. Online teaching is more flexible, allowing them to both work and have time to take care of their families. However, what makes teachers most concerned is still the hope of receiving understanding and sharing from relatives and society.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tho - teacher at Ly Nhan Tong High School (Tan Minh, Ninh Binh), confided: We just hope to be recognized fairly. Teaching is a profession of the heart, but it also needs to be accompanied by society. When there is concern and sharing from the school and parents, teachers, especially women, will have more motivation to contribute.
In Ninh Binh, the movement of innovation and application of technology in teaching has been widely implemented. Many schools have had outstanding teachers who have achieved the titles of “Creative teacher on information technology platform”, “Excellent teacher”, “Provincial-level excellent teacher”. They not only bring better quality of education but also contribute to inspiring students and colleagues.
The image of dedicated teachers in the classroom, or quietly sitting at the computer preparing electronic lesson plans, is a vivid demonstration of dedication and professional responsibility. For them, technology does not diminish the humanity of the teaching profession, but becomes a bridge to help knowledge spread more widely and touch more hearts.
Education 4.0 cannot rely solely on technical infrastructure or teaching software. The focus is still on people, the heart of the teacher. And when that heart carries within it love for the profession, dedication and belief, every change becomes an opportunity for development.
Nowadays, when society increasingly emphasizes creativity and innovation, female teachers play an increasingly important role. They are both guides for students and role models of perseverance, kindness and courage. From rural to urban classrooms, the image of female teachers has always been a symbol of knowledge, of silent but radiant sacrifice.
While technology opens the door to new knowledge, teachers in the 4.0 era still retain their love, tolerance and dedication to the profession. They are the ones who preserve and pass on the fire, so that no matter what era, the light of the teaching profession will always shine brightly.
