On the morning of October 9, at the 19th Session, the People's Council of Binh Duong province, term X, conducted personnel work to elect an additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term X, term 2021-2026.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized that the 19th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council took place after the 39th Conference of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, 11th term (expanded) was successfully held, setting out many major targets, important orientations and solutions to remove bottlenecks to successfully carry out political tasks and socio-economic development in 2025; striving to achieve a growth rate of 10% or more.

As a result, Mr. Bui Minh Thanh was elected as Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026.
