At the meeting, comrade Dang Hong Sy informed voters about the main contents of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; an overview of the socio -economic situation in the first 9 months of 2025 of the whole country and of Lam Dong province.

Accordingly, the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is expected to open on October 20 and close on December 12, 2025. During this session, the National Assembly will consider and pass 42 laws and 3 resolutions, with many laws implemented in a shortened order and procedure, including the Law on Cyber Security (amended), the Press Law (amended), the Law on Deposit Insurance (amended), the Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended), the Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended); the National Assembly's resolution on breakthroughs in education and training development, on international integration in the new situation, on breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care, and improvement of people's health...

Regarding the socio-economic situation of Lam Dong province, in the first 9 months of 2025, GRDP growth is estimated to increase by 6.80% over the same period in 2024. Total state budget revenue is estimated at 23,592 billion VND, equal to 84% of the assigned estimate. Tourists to Lam Dong are estimated at 15.255 million arrivals.

In the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses under the direction of the Prime Minister, Lam Dong has completed 5,691/5,691 houses (4,328 new houses, 1,363 houses repaired), reaching 100% of the plan). Regarding traffic safety, in the first 9 months of the year, the number of traffic accidents decreased by 31.3% (261 cases less), the number of deaths decreased by 6.2% (19 people less), the number of injured people decreased by 37.4% (270 people less) compared to the same period.

Voters of Nam Thanh commune expressed their agreement with the contents of the National Assembly session agenda and were excited about the socio-economic achievements of the province. Voters suggested reviewing and supplementing policies for those involved in the Fulro crackdown; raising the conditions for students to get loans; and managing national defense land in the area.

Mr. Doan Cong Hoa, Chairman of Nam Thanh Commune People's Committee, answered voters' concerns.

Some voters also said that since the implementation of the two-level local government, the settlement of citizen records has basically met the needs and become more convenient. However, voters suggested reviewing and eliminating unnecessary procedures in land division; regulations on support for reburial of martyrs' graves from People's cemeteries; reflecting that the canal system has not ensured water supply for irrigation in some places; increasing cadres in the field of land administration...

Commune leaders and departments answered each issue of concern to voters. Regarding the regulations on support for reburial of martyrs' graves, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs said that according to current regulations, the State has specific regulations on support for reburial of martyrs' graves from martyrs' cemeteries to people's cemeteries or vice versa, but has not yet regulated on support for reburial from one people's cemetery to another.
