According to Reuters , Mr. Donald Trump entered the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) arena at Madison Square Garden entertainment complex before the match took place amid cheers from the audience.
Joining the President-elect were billionaire Elon Musk, UFC President Dana White, House Speaker Mike Johnson, his sons Donald Jr. and Eric, and singer Kid Rock.
Several advisers selected by Mr. Trump to serve as officials in the new administration were also present, such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard.

A large security force was also deployed around Madison Square Garden, which can accommodate more than 20,000 spectators.
The US President-elect then sat between Mr. White and billionaire Musk. Mr. Trump watched very closely the MMA world heavyweight championship match between two fighters Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic. The match lasted until 1:30 a.m. on November 17.
After winning, boxer Jon Jones went down to the stands to shake hands and thank Mr. Trump.
This is the second time Mr. Trump has left his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida since his election on November 5. On November 13, Mr. Trump went to the White House to meet with President Joe Biden to discuss the transition of power.
UFC President Dana White is a close friend of Mr. Trump. In addition, the US President-elect also loves mixed martial arts matches. During the period when MMA was banned in many US states, Mr. Trump allowed UFC to hold events at his Taj Mahal casino in the state of New Jersey.
This year, the UFC President has attended many campaign events and spoken in support of Mr. Trump in the race for the White House.
Billionaire Elon Musk was one of Mr. Trump's strongest supporters after his assassination attempt in July, and provided $118 million to a super PAC backing the Republican candidate. Mr. Trump later selected billionaire Musk to head the Board of Government Performance.
