At the ceremony, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics announced the early retirement of Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Director of the Academy of Politics Region II; and at the same time announced the Decision to appoint Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tan Vinh, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Academy of Politics Region II, to hold the position of Director of the Academy of Politics Region II, from September 1.
