Accordingly, the most is the preschool block with 139 borrowed classrooms; next is the primary block with 17 classrooms.

According to Mr. Du, most schools that teach 2 sessions/day still lack classrooms. Accommodation does not meet the minimum area while the number of students is large (some rooms have up to 45 students); accommodation is still temporary, mainly semi-permanent houses or level 4 houses built long ago, now damaged and degraded, lacking minimum conditions (beds for students, sanitation facilities, bathrooms, clean water, kitchen, dining room for students).

In particular, the investment budget for facilities and teaching and learning equipment has not met the requirements. Some schools have limited land funds and are not qualified to expand and invest in building more classrooms and functional rooms. Transportation in some communes is still difficult, and some communes and wards do not have secondary schools.

After 3 years of implementing the project, the number of primary school teachers in Ca Mau province has decreased sharply. Specifically, the number of managers has decreased by 14, teachers by 448, and staff by 111; secondary schools have decreased by 28 managers, teachers by 448, and staff by 111. Meanwhile, preschool education has increased by 116 teachers and 268 staff; high schools have increased by 3 managers and 63 teachers.
