At the Congress session, delegates elected three alternate delegates to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party. They continued to discuss and contribute ideas to the Documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The presentations focused on the content and some solutions to accompany and support business development, creating momentum to promote economic growth in Nghe An province. In addition, delegates focused on discussing solutions to preserve and promote traditional values ​​and shape national cultural identity in the new era in Nghe An province; tasks and solutions to develop "green - clean - beautiful - friendly - prosperous, civilized - modern" sea tourism and become a key economic sector to create momentum for socio-economic development.

This is a great spiritual motivation for the entire Party Committee, government, business community and people of all ethnic groups in the province to join hands to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress. The apparatus of the political system has undergone revolutionary changes in the direction of streamlining, operating effectively, efficiently and effectively, and is operating increasingly stably and promoting new roles and tasks.
