Striving to start construction of Ca Ty apartment building in April 2024

BTO-That was the direction of Mr. Phan Van Dang - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee during the inspection of the construction site of Ca Ty apartment building in Phu Tai ward, Phan Thiet city on the morning of August 18.

Ca Ty Apartment will be built on an area of over 6.3 hectares, including 4.3 hectares of clean land and 1.7 hectares of compensation for 19 households and 2 organizations. The apartment building has 6 blocks, 764 apartments divided into 3 types, type 1 has 3 bedrooms, type 2 has 2 bedrooms and type 3 has 1 bedroom, apartment area from 37 - 74 m2.

Through the actual inspection and listening to the report of the investor, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works, the opinions of the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City, the Department of Construction, the People's Committee of Phu Tai Ward, the winning unit to survey and prepare the feasibility study report, including the joint venture contractor Truong Nam Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company and Bac Trung Nam Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company... on the progress of the project implementation. Up to now, the project has basically completed the initial procedures, and is still being submitted to the approval levels, expected to be completed by the end of August... Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Van Dang highly appreciated the efforts of the project implementing units, and at the same time directed the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works to quickly work with the consulting unit to complete the feasibility study report and submit it to the Department of Construction this August for the Department of Construction to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval. The People's Committee of Phan Thiet City must have a specific plan to conduct the inventory and classification of compensation and clearance cases...

The Vice Chairman emphasized: The units are calculating to start construction in the early third quarter of 2024.
