Injuries caused by firecrackers are often complex, in many locations such as hands, face, body... so treatment is difficult, time-consuming, with severe sequelae, even permanent loss of function.

Fireworks accidents often occur during and before Tet. The hospital receives many patients with hand injuries caused by fireworks, most of them are 10-16 years old who make their own fireworks to play with. Therefore, doctors recommend that families be vigilant and educate children to strictly comply with regulations on firework management, not to arbitrarily make or use fireworks, to avoid unfortunate consequences.
