In particular, many contents added to the program are quite urgent, difficult and complicated, covering comprehensively almost all areas of economic and social life. However, with the spirit of solidarity, democracy, proactiveness, urgency and high responsibility, the National Assembly has completed the entire proposed program.

The provincial National Assembly deputies, with a high sense of responsibility, contributed many intellectual opinions to the contents of the session. The provincial National Assembly deputies made 25 speeches to participate in the discussions (including 14 group discussions and 11 speeches in the Hall). Many discussion opinions of the provincial National Assembly deputies on draft laws, resolutions and the socio-economic situation were highly agreed upon by the National Assembly deputies and were accepted and revised by the drafting committee into draft laws and resolutions.

Participating in many important contents related to socio-economic development results and the state budget, National Assembly Deputy Ma Thi Thuy emphasized the importance of the task of perfecting the policy and legal system to implement solutions for development and macroeconomic stability in the context of many fluctuations in the regional and international economy.

Delegates expressed concerns that the 2024 Land Law and the 2023 Real Estate Business Law will take effect early, but detailed regulations and implementation guidelines have not been issued in a timely manner to take effect in sync with the law. Accordingly, the National Assembly needs to carefully consider the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program according to the simplified procedure; the Government reports and fully clarifies relevant issues and ensures that the laws can be implemented, without problems or delays due to lack of guidance documents and transitional regulations, and without causing negative impacts on businesses and people.

In the discussion on the results of thematic supervision of the implementation of the National Assembly Resolution on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and a number of important national projects, delegate Au Thi Mai also proposed many solutions for the National Assembly and the Government to consider continuing to effectively implement the resolution in the coming time; speed up the disbursement of public investment capital for projects under the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles related to land and acceptance.

Delegate Nguyen Viet Ha proposed to the National Assembly and the Government solutions to remove difficulties for businesses in creating diverse and sustainable export markets for businesses, while diversifying and improving the quality of export products, and effectively exploiting signed Free Trade Agreements...

Responsibility for the shortcomings in life

Regarding the questioning activities, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation proposed the questioning content for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and was selected by the National Assembly Standing Committee to be included in the Questioning Program. During the question and answer session, 3 Provincial National Assembly Delegates directly participated in questioning the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on mineral reserves and the issue of mineral exploitation auction and water security; questioned the State Auditor General on solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the Audit conclusions.

The questions of the provincial National Assembly deputies were agreed and highly appreciated by the people and voters. Many voters said that the questions of the provincial National Assembly deputies accurately reflected the "hot" issues that need to be focused on and resolved at present and were of interest to many voters.
