Therefore, the Steering Committee issued an alarm level 1 on the Da River at 10:20 a.m. on September 11 in Ba Vi district.

Floods on the Thao River in Yen Bai and the Luc Nam River in Bac Giang are showing signs of receding but are still at very high levels, with the Thao River remaining above alert level 3 and above the historic flood level of 1968.

The Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting especially warns that water levels at downstream stations of the Red River-Thai Binh River system will rise to alert level 3 and above alert level 3 today and tonight, causing deep flooding in low-lying areas along rivers and alluvial areas outside the main dike in Hanoi, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, and Ninh Binh.
