While riding his motorbike through a street intersection, a man accidentally picked up a bundle of money that someone had dropped. He and his wife proactively brought it to the local police to report and request to find the owner and return it.

This afternoon, October 1, Tuy Hoa Ward Police (Dak Lak) awarded a certificate of merit from the Chairman of Tuy Hoa Ward People's Committee to Mr. Le Van Dinh, Director of Hoa Dinh Dong Agricultural Service Cooperative, Phu Hoa 1 Commune (Dak Lak), for his good deeds in social life.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Bui Le Khiem, Deputy Chief of Tuy Hoa Ward Police, on the evening of September 20, while driving his wife to a private medical clinic for a pregnancy check-up on a motorbike, Mr. Dinh accidentally saw a stack of money worth 22 million VND that someone had dropped at the intersection of Le Loi - Le Trung Kien, Tuy Hoa Ward. Immediately, Mr. Dinh and his wife took the initiative to bring the stack of money to report and asked Tuy Hoa Ward Police to find the owner to return it.

After nearly 2 hours of urgent verification, Tuy Hoa Ward Police found the owner of the above money deposit, Ms. Phung Thi Kim Dung (born in 1947, residing in Nguyen Trung Truc neighborhood, Tuy Hoa ward).
Receiving the money back from Mr. Dinh in the presence of Tuy Hoa Ward Police, Ms. Dung was moved to express her gratitude for Mr. Dinh's noble gesture and her admiration for the spirit of serving the people of Tuy Hoa Ward Police.
