In the 2024-2025 school year, Sam Son High School's achievements have made great strides in many aspects. In the provincial-level excellent student competition in cultural subjects, the school had 31 students winning prizes; including 2 first prizes, 7 second prizes, 13 third prizes, and 9 consolation prizes. In the provincial-level national defense and security education competition, the school's students won 13 prizes, including 7 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 1 third prize, and 1 consolation prize, ranking second overall. In the 10th National Phu Dong Sports Festival, the school had 7 students participating and winning bronze medals.

Notably, in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Sam Son High School's graduation rate reached 100%, with 11 students achieving 10 points in the exam subjects; 29 students achieved a total score of over 27 points in the exam groups, of which 4 students excelled and surpassed the 29-point mark, bringing great honor to the school when ranking second in the province.
