Nghia Lo Ward launched an urban beautification and environmental cleaning campaign.

On the morning of August 30, the People's Committee of Nghia Lo Ward organized a launching ceremony for urban and rural landscape beautification activities and general environmental sanitation to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Immediately after the launching ceremony, officials and people in the area gathered to collect garbage and clean up public areas, main traffic routes, schools, medical stations, production, business and service establishments, etc. The ward also arranged additional trash cans and garbage collection points at the headquarters of agencies, cultural houses, residential groups and schools to eliminate spontaneous garbage dumping points.

In addition, the locality organizes pruning and planting of new flowers and ornamental plants on roads, offices, schools, and public places; inspects and repairs degraded urban infrastructure, such as sidewalks, drainage systems, flagpoles, and signs; removes illegal advertisements and classified ads; coordinates the arrangement and bundling of power and telecommunication lines to create a neat and safe aesthetic.

On this occasion, the mass organizations of Nghia Lo ward also propagated and mobilized people to collect, classify and dispose of household waste in the right place; signed a commitment to keep the environment clean, not littering, not encroaching on sidewalks and roads.

The launching activity has practical significance, contributing to building a spacious, bright, green, clean and beautiful urban appearance, spreading the spirit of community responsibility in preserving environmental hygiene and building a civilized lifestyle.
